Cheree Johnson

Cheree Johnson is a seasoned legal executive currently serving as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at SPX Technologies since June 2024, and as Founder's Advisor for Air Protein, a startup focused on sustainable protein production. Johnson holds key advisory roles, including a position on the Board of Advisors at the University of Minnesota Law School and as a member of the Health Advisory Board for the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Previous experience includes senior legal roles at Dentsply Sirona, W.R. Grace & Co., McCormick & Company, The Kraft Heinz Company, and Cargill, showcasing a strong background in corporate law, governance, and ethics.
