Christopher Tracy, MCSE, VCP, CCNA

Christopher Tracy has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Christopher began their career as a Network Architect and Technical Project Manager at Wells Capital Management, where they worked from 1997 to 2001. Christopher then joined Wells Fargo as a Technical Project Manager for a short period in 2001.

Christopher Tracy then transitioned to Microsoft, where they worked as a Senior Systems Engineer from 2002 to 2005 and later as a Technical Account Manager from 2005 to 2006. During their time at Microsoft, they managed technical staff, designed network infrastructure, and completed numerous deployments.

From 2006 to 2014, Christopher Tracy worked at DigitalPersona, initially as a Principal Technical Support Engineer and later as the Manager of Worldwide Technical Support. Christopher provided expert technical support to customers, handled installation and configuration issues, and contributed to software upgrades.

In 2014, Christopher Tracy joined Crossmatch (formerly DigitalPersona) as the Enterprise Implementation Services Manager. Christopher managed customer implementation projects, exceeded sales quotas, and implemented sales enablement programs. Christopher remained with the company until 2015.

Christopher Tracy then joined Crossmatch (Acquired by HID Global) as the Director of Solutions Architecture and Implementation Services. Christopher developed sales strategies, contributed to sales enablement, and managed customer implementations. Christopher held this position until 2019.

In 2019, Christopher Tracy joined Yubico as a Senior Solutions Engineer specializing in financial services and blockchain. Christopher contributed to the development of authentication security standards and delivered secure login solutions.

Currently, Christopher Tracy works at SpyCloud, where they started in 2020 as a Senior Solutions Engineer before being promoted to Sales Engineering Manager and then to Director of Sales Engineering. Christopher played a key role in driving sales and expanding the team, developed game-changing solutions, and strengthened the brand through thought leadership and market recognition.

Christopher Tracy attended the University of California, Berkeley from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including MCPS (Microsoft Certified Professional), MCSA (Windows Server 2008), vSphere5-VIP Exam, MCITP (Server Administrator on Windows Server 2008), MCTS (Windows Server 2008 Active Directory, Configuration), MCTS (Windows Server 2008 Network Infrastructure, Configuration), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), and MCSE1 (Windows NT 4.0).
