Megan Cooper has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Megan began their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Reed from 2000 to 2005. Megan then worked as a Consultant at Robert Half Finance & Accounting in 2005 before joining AF Selection as a Senior Consultant specializing in marketing, advertising, design, PR, communications, finance, and accounting. Megan spent over five years at AF Selection before transitioning to a Business Development Manager role at Spire Healthcare, where they were responsible for driving revenue growth and developing business plans. Megan then worked as a Community Fundraising Manager at RNLI, managing fundraising branches, developing corporate relationships, and identifying new opportunities. Megan also held the position of Business Development Manager at APM UK, where they were involved in generating new opportunities and proactively prospecting clients. Megan later joined Younifi Ltd as a Business Development Manager before currently serving as the Sales Director - Employment and Skills at Serco.

Megan Cooper has a CPRS Qualification from Royal Holloway, University of London in 2000-2001. Megan also holds a CIPD Certificate in Personnel Practice from Swindon College in 1999-2000. In addition, they obtained a BA Hons degree in Religious Studies from the University of Stirling in 1994-1998.
