Trina Pirtle is the SVP of Customer Success at SpyCloud where she oversees a high-performance team focused on delivering personalized fraud prevention and account protection strategy, service, support and education to organizations across the globe.

A customer success and technology leader, Trina has delivered improved client experience and a sustainable book of business and revenue growth in companies ranging from early-stage start-ups to Fortune 100, from concept to implementation and ongoing management. She held leadership positions at First Advantage, Experian, Demand Media, Digby and Oracle, providing innovative enterprise SaaS solutions, while ensuring customer-centricity remained core.

With extended experience in the security, breach and fraud prevention space, Trina has partnered with many of the world’s leading customer brands, instilling a continued passion for ensuring the safety of the internet and those that use it.

A lover of great travel, great music, great art and especially great people, Trina resides in Austin, also known as the Live Music Capital of the World, and can always be found at SXSW and ACL.

Trina holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University.
