Darren Marshall

Darren is the Lead - Vertebrate Pest and Wildlife Management with more than 20 years’ experience in environmental landscape management.

Darren spent four years in the Australian Army from 1994 until 1998 before beginning his career in natural resource management in 1999, and now looks after all of their industry contracts.

He is highly skilled in community engagement, understanding landscape systems and feral animal control, monitoring and research which led him to undertake a PhD with the University of New England.

His research focusses on a unique blend of science and social science research by tracking feral pig behaviours via GPS collars and sharing the findings with affected landholders and communities.
