Didzis Dejus has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the Co-Founder of AM Craft - Additive Manufacturing Services since 2018. In this position, they oversee the company's EASA Part 21G authorized manufacturing for interior parts, utilizing advanced technologies such as Stratasys and EOS machines.

Prior to this, Didzis served as the Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of Squad Robotics Ltd. from 2017. Didzis played a key role in the company's operations.

Before that, they worked at Baltic3D.eu as a 3D Thinker, Investor, and Mentor, focusing on polymer printing and managing a fleet of Stratasys and EOS machines.

Didzis also held a significant position at the Latvian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, where they served as the Head of PPP working group from 2010 to 2013.

From 2005 to 2010, Didzis gained valuable experience at KPMG Baltics as an Assistant Manager, working on Public Private Partnership projects for the Government of Latvia and EU Structural Funds.

Didzis also contributed to the development of airBaltic as a Member of the Supervisory Board in 2004-2005.

Finally, in their early career, Didzis worked at the Latvian Investment and Development Agency as the Head of the Structural Funds Unit from 2002 to 2005.

Through their various roles, Didzis Dejus has demonstrated a strong background in additive manufacturing, business development, and public-private partnerships.

Didzis Dejus pursued their education from 1999 to 2006 at Latvijas Universitate, where they completed their Master's degree in Law.
