Anna Golovina

Anna Golovina is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in compliance, administration, and operations across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Compliance at SQUAD since January 2021, Anna previously held the position of Director of Admin and Operations at Ring Ukraine, where oversight included multiple departments such as legal and IT. Anna has also worked as an Operations Consultant and Interim General Manager at ADDIE Digital, leading the establishment of operations in Ukraine for foreign investors. Prior roles include East Operations Director at Evogence and Operations Director at Pentegy, where Anna managed financial systems and administrative functions. With a solid academic background in English and Polish philology from Kyiv Slavistic University and specialized training at the Institute of Professional Financial Managers, Anna brings a wealth of expertise in organizational management and compliance.
