Justin Jae Chung has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Justin Jae is currently working as a Senior User Experience Designer at 7-Eleven since April 2023. Prior to that, Justin was a Product Designer at Squadformers from January 2021. Justin Jae also worked as a Senior Product Designer at GoGuardian from November 2022 to January 2023.

Justin has demonstrated strong design leadership skills as a Product Design Lead at Birchbox from June 2021 to October 2022. During their time there, they revamped and relaunched the entire product experience and even had a patent filed under their name. Justin Jae also co-founded Remedy8, where they designed and built a stress-relief mobile app from March 2019 to January 2022.

Justin's expertise in product design is further showcased in their role as a Product Design Lead at Practis from February 2020 to January 2021. Justin Jae designed the end-to-end experience for their patented employee training technology, resulting in successful pilot programs with global companies.

Before that, Justin served as a Product and Branding Design Lead at Valon from August 2019 to February 2020 and as a Senior Product Designer at MedAnswers from March 2017 to February 2019. Justin Jae played a pivotal role in assisting the leadership team in raising millions in seed funding for MedAnswers.

In addition to their design roles, Justin has entrepreneurial experience as the Founder & President of Gresescent Ice Cream. Justin Jae established this popular food retail business from scratch and gained recognition from various media outlets.

Prior to that, Justin worked as the Director of Strategic Product and Branding Designs at Mienspiel Designs, starting in February 2014 and ending in January 2017.

Justin Jae Chung attended the USC Marshall School of Business from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. During the same period, they also pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting at the University of Southern California - Leventhal School of Accounting.
