Jennie Brown has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies.

Jennie started their career at Direct Line in 2002, where they worked as part of the Operational Training Team, responsible for identifying training needs and delivering training programs to support sales, customer service, and compliance.

In 2006, they joined UNITE Group plc, leading the Training Programme as the Training Programme Manager. Jennie managed a team of Learning and Development professionals, implemented a UK-wide framework of role-specific learning, and opened and managed the first purpose-built UNITE Training Academy. Additionally, they led the training workstream for the IGNITE Software Project.

Jennie's next role was as the Interim Head of Learning & Development at Ovo Energy in 2012. Jennie designed and implemented 2 Graduate development schemes, developed leadership and management programs, and implemented coaching and mentoring initiatives. Jennie also delivered the Performance Management Process.

In 2012, they started their own freelance consulting business, working as a Learning & Development Consultant. Jennie completed an 11-month interim contract at Ovo Energy and worked on training and coaching programs with not-for-profit organizations. Jennie'sexpertise lies in managing training projects, implementing learning & development strategies, course design & delivery, and trainer development across various subjects.

In 2013, Jennie joined CDK Global (International) as the International Learning & Development Manager and later became the International Learning & Development Director. Jennie was responsible for the input and execution of the Learning & Development strategy for the business across the world. Jennie'srole included managing functional learning programs, employee engagement initiatives, and the Performance Development Process. Jennie also oversaw employee and management training and managed vendors.

Jennie'smost recent position is at Squadify, where they serve as the Manager of Operations since 2019.

Throughout their career, Jennie has demonstrated expertise in leadership development, talent management, job-specific training, and program implementation within various industries.

Jennie Brown completed their education at the University of Birmingham from 1997 to 2000, where they studied Sociology, Psychology, and Cultural Studies. Prior to that, they attended Whitefield Fishponds Community School from 1990 to 1994, but their field of study during this period is unknown.
