Role & Responsibility
The Content Designer will be primarily responsible for content creation to automate training via LMS. The Scope of Work would encompass domain knowledge in either Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance, or education e-commerce. A blended profile in the mentioned industry would be an added advantage. Prior experience in Content creation and Training Would be required for this profile. Prior experience with LMS would be a prerequisite for the role.
- Manage end-to-end training content development projects.
- To develop and design the training content using micro-learning tools, PowerPoint, Canva, Powtoon etc.
- Develop small animated microlearning videos.
- Prepare sales scripts as per requirements.
- Own the training content repository as per org compliance.
- Update the content as per the needs and standards of business units.
Requirements
- Should have a working knowledge of editing & video content creation
- Should have strong knowledge of any editing software (eg - Filmora, Kinemaster, Canva, Powtoon, etc.)
- Should be creative
- Excellent in MS PowerPoint and Google Slides.
Logistics
- Compensation: 3.5 - 5 Lacs p.a.
- Joining Date: ASAP
- Employment Type: Full-Time Contract or 1 year. Subject to revision To FTE basis performance.
