Kaustav Sharma has a diverse range of work experience. Kaustav started their career as an Electrical Project Engineer Intern at Usha International in 2018, where they conducted research on BLDC motors and performed competitor analysis. In 2019, they interned as a Marketing Data Analyst at EY, where they focused on marketing analysis and creating presentations.

From 2018 to 2020, Kaustav held the position of Vice President of JYC Youth Club at Jaypee Institute Of Information Technology. In this role, they organized events with a high level of footfall and managed a team of over 100 students.

In 2020, Kaustav worked as a Customer Sales Specialist at Whitehat Jr, where they engaged with customers, conducted product training, and built prospects through cold calling.

In 2021, Kaustav became a founding team member and the first hire at Voiceoc. Kaustav served as a Growth Marketer, focusing on increasing demand and generating leads in India and the MENA region. Kaustav also hired and formed the initial team for the marketing engine.

Currently, Kaustav is working at SquadStack as an Account Based Marketing Specialist - Demand Generation. Kaustav'sresponsibilities include generating interest in the product and increasing demand by utilizing growth hacking and marketing techniques.

Throughout their career, Kaustav has gained valuable skills in sales, marketing, team management, and event organization.

Kaustav Sharma completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Jaypee Institute Of Information Technology from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma in Science from Delhi Public School Indirapuram from 2007 to 2016.
