Nicolas Gouzien has a wealth of experience in management and consulting services, particularly in the areas of operational strategy, digital transformation, and performance management. Nicolas currently holds the title of Principal / Director - Transformation at Tallis Consulting, where Nicolas leads critical transformation programs for a variety of clients in the financial sector. With a background in IT and business analysis, Nicolas has successfully implemented CX-centered digital service models and target operating models, demonstrating their expertise in organizational and management consulting. Additionally, as a guest lecturer at ESCP Business School, Nicolas has shared their knowledge and experience with students in the International Consulting Masters’ Program.
