Gautam S.T. has a diverse range of work experience in the education sector. Gautam co-founded and served as the CEO of Gyanoholic International Pvt. Ltd., an Ed-Tech startup focused on providing online STEM education for children. In this role, they were responsible for defining the product vision and leading the development and launch of the online platform. Gautam conducted market research, analyzed data, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to improve user experience and address issues. Gautam also led marketing efforts, reducing customer acquisition costs and improving lead qualification rates. Under their leadership, the company achieved impressive results, enrolling over 10,000 students and generating significant revenue within the first few months.

Prior to their role at Gyanoholic, Gautam worked as an educator and content creator on YouTube. Gautam then joined Square Panda India as an Associate Director of Strategy. Additionally, they co-founded Enroute Success, an educational curriculum for the K12 segment, where they successfully launched the product, acquired clients, and improved student performance. Furthermore, Gautam served as the Managing Director of Friction Innovative Education LLP and completed a fellowship at UnLtd India.

Gautam S.T. completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics and Telecommunication from the University of Mumbai, which they attended from 2009 to 2013. Gautam also obtained additional certifications in Neuro-Linguistic Programming from Richard Bandler in 2014 and Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO I) from Scrum.org in 2022.
