Chandni Bhargava Shah has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Chandni started their career as a Summer Intern at Next Education India Private Limited, where they conducted research on the education industry and marketing of learning solutions. Chandni then joined Collective Growth Realty Pvt. Ltd. as a Business Development Executive, where they analyzed qualitative information, collected data, and developed processes to obtain leads.

Chandni later transitioned to the field of education and worked as an Administrator cum Coordinator at Tender Hearts International School. In this role, they benchmarked and oriented new teachers, ensured smooth functioning of the school, and conducted training sessions for teachers.

Chandni Bhargava Shah completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from Patna Women's College between 2007 and 2010. Chandni then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in Marketing, HR, and Finance, from IBS, Gurgaon from 2010 to 2012. In 2015 and 2016, they attended Ananya Educational Foundation to complete their Nursery Teachers Training.
