Darren Shein

Darren Shein is a Senior Associate at Square Peg since June 2023. Previously, Darren served as VP of Operations at Compete from June 2022 to August 2023, where responsibilities included managing Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Finance, and HR while leading product expansion into the APAC market. Prior experience includes roles as Principal at ION Crossover Partners, investing in leading Israeli businesses, and holding various positions at XM Cyber, including Board Observer during a successful trade sale. Darren founded D-Corp, providing financial planning and modeling for early-stage businesses, and gained investment banking experience at Record Point and Charter Hall. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney, complemented by a High School Diploma from The Scots College.
