Ola abu Alroub

Ola Abu AlRoub is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Regional Human Resources Manager at SquareOne Technologies since December 2022. Previously, Ola held the position of Head of Human Resources at Money for Finance from April 2022 to December 2022 and served as Human Resources Section Head at King Hussein Business Park between April 2019 and March 2022. Additional experience includes an HR Officer role at International Relief & Development (IRD) and a dual role as Boxing Coach and Human Resources Supervisor at Zero Size Gym. Ola's career began at Extensya, where responsibilities included Social Committee and Telemarketing Representative roles. Ola holds an MBA in HR management from GJU-TAGSB and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Al Ahliyya Amman University, along with a CIPD Level 7 certification in Human Resources Management from BDO Academy.
