Arnaud Desbarres

Arnaud Desbarres is a seasoned professional in risk management with extensive experience across various prominent financial institutions. Currently serving as a Discretionary Risk Manager at Squarepoint Capital since May 2022, Desbarres previously held multiple leadership roles including President of Complectere SAS, and positions at Morgan Stanley, Amundi, and Arrowgrass Capital Partners where responsibilities included oversight of trading risk and forensic risk management. Desbarres began a career in market risk analysis at Calyon and OTC-Conseil after obtaining a Master's degree in Economics from Université d'Orléans and later earned a Master's in Financial Engineering from ESCEM, alongside a specialized certificate in Machine Learning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
