Asis Goswami

Asis Goswami has a strong background in talent acquisition, with experience in various organizations. Asis is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition-India at Squarepoint Capital, a role they started in February 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Wells Fargo as a Lead-Talent Acquisition from June 2016 to January 2022. In this role, they were responsible for designing and implementing recruitment strategies, particularly in Investment Banking and Fin Tech, and managed a team of 27 professionals. Before Wells Fargo, Asis was a Manager at Tech Mahindra, where they focused on hiring talent for the Fin Tech Practice in India from June 2013 to June 2016. Asis also briefly co-founded a social network platform for hiring called Indiajobs.com in 2013. Earlier in their career, Asis worked as a TA Associate Manager at IBM from April 2011 to April 2013 and as a Consultant at Oracle India from June 2010 to February 2011.

Asis Goswami pursued a Post Graduate Program in Management with a specialization in Human Resources Management and Services at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. Asis also holds a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Christ University, Bangalore.
