Yuyang Lai

Yuyang Lai is a Quant Researcher at Squarepoint Capital since February 2019, specializing in equity mid-frequency strategies. Previously, Yuyang held an intern position as a Quant Researcher at Squarepoint Capital from June to August 2018, focusing on alpha research within alternative data in the same equity mid-frequency domain. Yuyang obtained a Master of Science in Mathematics in Finance from New York University in 2018 and a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from Sun Yat-sen University in 2017. Additionally, Yuyang participated in the BISP Exchange Program at the University of California, Berkeley, in 2015, and completed secondary education at Guangdong Experimental High School from 2010 to 2013.
