Ariela Steif

Ariela Steif is a Senior Product Support Lead at Squarespace since July 2014, where responsibilities include leading support strategy and operations for authentication, account releases, cross-product integration, and data privacy. Ariela focuses on identifying customer support challenges, monitoring volume drivers, and advocating for product enhancements alongside other teams to enhance the customer experience and reduce support inquiries. Prior to Squarespace, Ariela worked as a freelance web designer and developer from January 2009 to July 2014, and also held a web designer and developer position at the University of Michigan from July 2009 to January 2011. Ariela attained a degree from the University of Michigan between 2006 and 2010.
