Cody Schrotel

Cody Schrotel serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition & People Analytics at Squarespace since March 2024 and as an Executive Member of HIGHER Community since July 2023, contributing to the world's largest talent acquisition community. Prior experience includes the role of VP of Talent Acquisition at Collibra from February 2017 to March 2024, where responsibilities encompassed leading global recruiting teams and overseeing People Analytics, workforce planning, and employer branding initiatives. Notable achievements at Collibra include developing the first Employer Value Proposition, executing a successful DEI recruiting campaign, and leading initiatives that resulted in multiple Great Place to Work awards. Cody's earlier career includes five years in Executive Search at Daversa Partners, a leading headhunting firm. Cody holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin.
