Buck Schroeder

Buck Schroeder is an experienced professional in people analytics and organizational culture, currently serving as the Associate Director and People Analytics Lead at Bumble Inc. since April 2022. Prior to this role, Buck held various leadership positions at Walmart, including Senior Manager in the Global Office of Culture, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, where the execution of a global employee engagement census survey was successfully led. Buck's career began with a focus on finance, starting as a Tax Intern and progressing through finance-related roles, including Finance Manager and Product Manager for Global People Experience. Buck holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance from Ouachita Baptist University and is pursuing an Executive Master of Professional Studies in Human Resource Management from Cornell University.
