Michelle Gillan

Michelle Gillan has extensive work experience in various high-level roles in finance, operations, and analytics. Michelle is currently the Head of Business Operations at SquareTrade since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Experience Officer at radius financial group inc. from 2020 to 2022, where they focused on improving employee and customer journeys and implementing training and development platforms. Before that, they served as the Chief of Staff, Finance at Fidelity Investments from 2019 to 2020, where they acted as a strategist and implementer to drive progress and coordinate strategic initiatives. Michelle also held the position of Head of Analytics at MassMutual from 2018 to 2019, overseeing automation of reporting and analytics and leading a team of data scientists. Earlier in their career, they worked in various roles at State Street, including VP of Finance, Global Operations, Controller - VP of Alternative Investment Solutions Finance, VP of Global Markets Finance, and Vice President of Business Strategy Development, among others. Michelle started their career as a Director of Brokerage Finance at Fidelity Investments and worked there for over 14 years.

Michelle Gillan received their BA degree in Finance and Accounting from Saint Martin's University from 1991 to 1993. Later, from 2001 to 2005, they pursued their MBA/MSF degree in Finance at the Boston College Carroll School of Management.
