Starting as Sales Lead in 2019, I did the initial sales for SQUID growing the platform to over 300 sites. After building strong relationships with these retailers I transitioned over to Customer Success.
I now lead the Customer Success team. Our goal is to get every retailer to 500 users on SQUID at the end of their first year with us. We do this by running user acquisition promotions, developing automated communications and creating educational resources and marketing materials. I coordinate and get involved with upselling and adding additional sites to the platform from existing retailers, I am also involved in hiring, training, and strategising.
