Ed Ridgeon

Ed Ridgeon has extensive experience in sustainability and management, currently serving as Sustainability Support in the Sustainability Department at Squire's Garden Centres since August 2010, focusing on reducing energy consumption across the estate. Previously, as General Manager, Ed successfully managed store redevelopments and achieved outstanding performance and employee engagement. Prior experience includes a role as Sales Team Leader at Click Group, where Ed managed a team in a high-pressure sales environment. Ed holds a Master's degree in Sustainable Development from the University of Surrey and a Bachelor's degree in Marine and Freshwater Biology from Queen Mary University of London.
