Pauline Rambonnet has a diverse work experience in the media and marketing industry. Pauline has held various roles in different companies over the years.

Pauline started their career as a Television Redactiestagiair at NCRV Praatjesmakers in 2008. Pauline also worked as a Televisie redacteur and Projectcoördinator internet at NTR Sesamstraat from 2009 to 2014, where they were responsible for developing and coordinating television programs and online content.

Pauline then joined Het Kinderopvang Fonds as a Projectmanager in 2010, where they developed digital environments for touchscreens in childcare centers to enhance media literacy and communication between staff and parents.

In the same year, they also worked as a Projectmanager at Kinderopvang Academie, overseeing the communication and promotion of the company's courses and materials for childcare professionals.

In 2014, Pauline became a Television redacteur at Emma TV (AMC), where they carried out editorial tasks for the live program Strak! at the Emma Kinderziekenhuis, including guest outreach, topic development, scriptwriting, and hosting.

From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a TV Manager en Brand Manager at Van Hoorne Entertainment B.V., where they had financial, production, and content responsibilities for the establishment of a children's television division. Pauline also marketed the brands Fien & Teun and Pipo de Clown through media and retail channels.

Pauline then joined Squla in 2017 as the Head of Content & Activatie, leading content and activation strategies for the educational platform until 2022. Pauline later returned to Squla in 2023 as the Head of Growth & Marketing.

In 2022, Pauline also worked as the Head of Growth & Marketing at WRTS.

Additionally, they served as a Lid Adviescommissie at NICAM from 2016 until the present, providing advisory support for the Dutch Institute for the Classification of Audiovisual Media.

Pauline Rambonnet began their education at Van Maerlant Lyceum Eindhoven in 1998, where they studied Natuur & Gezondheid until 2004. Following this, they attended Mester Salamanca + Enforex Barcelona in 2004-2005 to take a course in Spanish. In 2005, they proceeded to Utrecht University and pursued a Bachelor's degree in Social Psychology, completing their studies in 2008. Continuing their educational journey, Pauline joined the University of Amsterdam in 2007-2008 to obtain a Master's degree in Communication Sciences.
