Kevin Wesling

Kevin Wesling has over two decades of experience in advanced product and process development within the engineering field. Currently serving as the Global Director of Advanced Development at SRAM Corporation since November 1996, Kevin leads the Advanced Development Group, overseeing initiatives in product design, process development, and finishing techniques. Previous roles at SRAM include Manager of Advanced Development and Design Engineer, focusing on the design of bicycle components such as shifters and brakes. Prior to SRAM, Kevin worked as a Design Engineer at Tuthill Pump Company, where responsibilities included designing wastewater treatment pumps and systems. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science, both from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
