Aleks has a diverse portfolio that includes transit-oriented developments, master plans, architecture, and infrastructure projects spanning across the U.S. and internationally. She brings 22 years of experience managing complex transit and transportation projects with a solid understanding of the Chicago market, leading projects with the Chicago Department of Transportation, Chicago Transit Authority, RTA, Illinois Department of Transportation, and the Illinois Tollway.

Aleks has focused her career on creating urban places for people to use and enjoy, including design, planning, and architectural preservation.

Recognized for her ability to build teams and create long-lasting relationships with clients, Aleks is passionate to help grow and mentor rising professionals and provide exceptional service to solve her client’s challenges.
