Kapil Sharma

Kapil Sharma is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over a decade of experience, currently serving as Deputy General Manager of Human Resources at SRF Limited since March 2012. In this role, Kapil plays a strategic advisory part to design and R&D leaders, spearheads talent management initiatives, manages leadership pipeline programs, and ensures compliance within the chemical industry's guidelines. Previous roles at SRF Limited include Chief Manager and Human Resources Manager, where responsibilities involved recruitment drives and organizational projects.
