Chase Adams

Chase Adams is an experienced Advanced Computer Scientist at SRI International, specializing in the Speech Technology and Research Laboratory since August 2020. Prior to this role, Chase worked as a Semantic Relation Extraction NLP Researcher at AbbVie from May 2018 to August 2020 and was an MA Student in Computational Linguistics at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign from August 2017 to December 2019, focusing on Natural Language Processing and Arabic dialect processing. Chase's professional journey also includes positions as a TypeWell Transcriptionist at Brigham Young University and an intern at MultiLing, where responsibilities included coordinating ISO/EN recertification audits. Chase holds a PhD in Computational Linguistics and an MA in Linguistics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, along with a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics from Brigham Young University.
