Oshadee Weerasinghe has a robust career in cricket coaching and management, serving as the Assistant Head Coach for the Sri Lanka Women's National Cricket Team since 2016. With a background in coaching that includes roles as the Head Coach of the Bangladesh Women's National Team from July 2012 to October 2013 and as the National Spin Coach for Sri Lanka Cricket from January 2000 to June 2012, Oshadee brings extensive experience to the sport. Additionally, Oshadee has been the Managing Director of Dulmini Gem Miners and Exporters since November 2013. Educationally, Oshadee attended Ananda College in Colombo from 1973 to 1981 and Kahawaththa Primary School from 1969 to 1973.
