Nadika Kumarasinghe

Nadika Kumarasinghe currently serves as a Visiting Lecturer, Examiner, and Moderator at the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing since January 2018. Prior experience includes multiple roles at Sunshine Holdings PLC from October 2015 to November 2023, culminating in the position of Senior Manager for Learning & Organizational Development, alongside responsibilities as an HR Business Partner for Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and related management roles. Nadika's career also features a significant tenure at Sunshine Healthcare Lanka Ltd, managed Learning & Development, and earlier roles at Ceylinco Pharmaceuticals and Emerchemie NB Ceylon Ltd. Academic credentials include a Master’s program in Drug Discovery and Development at Uppsala University, an MBA from the Postgraduate Institute of Management, a B.Sc in Pharmacology from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, and a Master's degree in Labour Relations and Human Resource Management from the University of Colombo. Additional qualifications encompass certifications as a Trainer and Assessor and as an External Pharmacist from the Sri Lanka Medical Council.
