Janaka Alwis

Janaka Alwis has over 16 years of experience in the fields of Management Information Systems (MIS) and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) administration, currently serving as Senior Manager at Sri Lanka Insurance since March 2007. Previous roles at the same company include Manager of MIS, Senior Assistant Manager, and Business Analyst. Prior to this, Janaka worked as an Instructor/Tutor in Mathematics and Statistics at Wayamba University of Sri Lanka from August 2006 to March 2007. Janaka holds an MSc in Applied Statistics from the University of Colombo and a BIT in Information Technology from Wayamba University of Sri Lanka, alongside studies at the Chartered Insurance Institute.
