Shihán de Silva

Shihán De-Silva is an experienced professional in the tourism and marketing sectors, currently serving as a Tour Leader at Intrepid Travel and as a National Tourist Guide Lecturer for Sri Lanka Tourism since September 2016. Shihán has founded Zen Ceylon Holidays, focusing on providing personalized and sustainable travel experiences. Additional roles include Pro Trip Leader for JoinMyTrip and Marketing Operations Manager for Odesto, where contributions were made to developing a fully digital migration network. Shihán's previous experience includes senior marketing and business development positions, as well as front office and event coordination roles in the hospitality industry. Academic qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management & Marketing from the University of Colombo and a National Tourist Guide Lecturers Program diploma from the Sri Lanka Institute of Tourism & Hotel Management.
