Rich Delong

Senior Director, Experience at SRI MANAGEMENT, LLC.

Rich Delong involvement with seniors spans more than 25 years. Over the years, he has written a bi-weekly newspaper column for years titled Senior Moments, been a guest presenter for several professional and national organizations on topics including leadership, Alzheimer’s disease and dementia, senior care and wellness. Prior to his work in Senior Living, he was a recreation director, teacher, and high school football coach. His goal in life is to serve others well every day.

His passion for people and his professional career have been dedicated to helping folks of all ages enjoy an active and fulfilling life. As a former coach, teacher, and community volunteer, he was fortunate to be named Teacher of the Year twice, and Volunteer of the Year for the Council on Aging, American Heart Association, and the Chamber of Commerce. He has served as Board Chairman for the Chamber of Commerce and helped pilot their first leadership program. he was awarded the Rotarian of the Year in 2014 and served as the 2015-16 President for the Rotary Club of Richmond Hill, Ga., and he embraces the Rotarian motto “Service above Self.” This simple phrase guides his principles for how a service-minded organization should be led.
