Srinivas Bangari

Srinivas Bangari has an extensive work experience in human resources spanning over several years. Srinivas started as a Project Trainee at Bajaj Tempo Limited in 1992. Srinivas then moved on to work at various companies in different roles, including HR Manager at Country Club, Sr. Manager - HR at Mold-Tek Technologies Limited, and Deputy General Manager - Human Resources at AQuity Solutions. Their most recent role was as HEAD HR at Srinivasa Farms starting in 2019. Throughout their career, they have successfully established HR functions, managed post-acquisition issues, developed policies, and procedures, and handled union issues effectively.

Srinivas Bangari holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the College of Social Work, completed from 1989 to 1991. Srinivas then pursued a Master's in Social Work from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya from 1991 to 1993, with a focus on Industrial Relations, Personnel Management, and Labor Welfare. Later, they obtained a LLB degree in Law from Osmania University, graduating between 1995 and 1998. In 2022, they received a certification in Legal Acumen for HR Leaders & New labor code from National Academy of Legal Studies & Research (NALSAR) University Hyderabad. Additionally, in 2015, Srinivas earned a Six Sigma yellow Belt certification.
