Venkat Rao

Venkat Rao is the Business Head for Layer Business Division. With over 32 years’ experience in various domains like IT, People Management, Business Development, Supply Chain, Logistics, Project Management amongst others, he has worked with teams across Asia, Japan, Europe and America. His passion is“Transformation of Organisations” by causing leaders and empowering teams. Before joining Srinivasa, Venkat worked over 13 years in Cisco Systems, Bangalore. Venkat was in the past an active PMP professional and completed a Business Leadership Course from ISB, Hyderabad.

Since joining us in 2016, he managed the Broiler Breeder, Broiler Integration & Chicken Processing Business. He has Transformed the Broiler Breeder & Integration business. He has also helped getting “Srinivasa Processed Chicken” as a quality product and commands a premium over other competitors. Coming from a Non-Poultry Industry, Venkat has brought out of box thinking to Srinivasa.
