Conor Hansen

Conor oversees the development of new construction affordable properties throughout the Western United States using low-income housing tax credits. He holds a Bachelors's Degree from the University of Washington. Conor brings experience and a knowledge base for sourcing opportunities, working with local and state government agencies, and solving complex capital stacks. He loves the challenge of structuring the financing to create as many units as possible with minimal to no public subsidy.
