Britt Raymond

Britt Raymond has a diverse work experience in the real estate and construction industries. They started their career as a Personal Assistant at Quick Link Plus Capital, where they handled administrative work and organized renovations for foreclosed homes. They then worked as a Project Manager/Contractor at Raymond Timber Frame Homes, managing the construction of large timber frame homes and focusing on energy efficiency. Britt later joined Marcus & Millichap as an Investment Sales Associate, specializing in the sale of net lease assets and anchored shopping centers. They led $230 million in commercial real estate transactions, representing sellers and managing comprehensive transaction processes. In 2011, Britt co-founded Green Life Construction and Restoration, a luxury residential development company specializing in timber framed building, LEED certification, and restoration of historic homes. They were responsible for business strategy development, product organization, and ensuring compliance with building codes. Currently, Britt is with SRS Real Estate Partners as the Managing Director & Market Leader, New York Capital Markets.

Britt Raymond attended the University of South Carolina from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate and Corporate Finance.
