Joy Martin

Joy Martin has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Joy is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at S&S Activewear since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Division Human Resources Director at Genuine Parts Company from December 2015 to July 2022. Before that, they held the position of Regional Human Resources Director at Saks Fifth Avenue from May 2014 to December 2015. Joy also worked as a Regional Human Resources Manager at Dollar General from November 2011 to May 2014, and at Florida East Coast Railway from May 2006 to December 2011.

Joy Martin has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from the University of North Florida. Joy also holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Webster University.
