Cveta Chydzinski

Cveta Chydzinski is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in both the creative and higher education sectors. Currently serving as an author at Aleks and Lily LLC, Cveta crafts enchanting children's stories aimed at igniting young imaginations. In addition, Cveta holds the position of Director of People Experience at SSA Group, where leadership in talent acquisition and onboarding has led to a significant reduction in the time to fill roles. Cveta also actively promotes inclusivity for LGBTQ+ employees as the Co-Lead of the PRIDE Employee Resource Group. Previous roles at Converse University include Director of Residential Life & First Year Programs and instructor of a Student Success Seminar, where a focus on enhancing student engagement and personal growth was paramount. Cveta's educational background includes a Master of Science in Student Affairs & Higher Education from Indiana State University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management & Marketing from Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College.
