Jarno Markus-Hannelin

Jarno Markus-Hannelin is a skilled professional in the field of engineering with extensive experience in process development and maintenance within the steel industry. Currently serving as a Process Development Engineer at SSAB since April 2018, Jarno focuses on process development for platemill and components. Prior roles at SSAB include Workplanner and Maintenance Engineer, alongside a foundational role as a Maintenance Mechanic at Rautaruukki from 2008 to 2014. Jarno is pursuing a Master of Engineering degree in Engineering/Industrial Management at Kajaani University of Applied Sciences, expected to complete in June 2024, and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical and Production Engineering from Oulu University of Applied Sciences.
