Kalle Ahtiainen

Kalle Ahtiainen is an accomplished Operations Development Manager at SSAB since September 2015, specializing in leadership, strategy deployment, change management, continuous improvement, and LEAN methodologies. In addition to this role, Kalle Ahtiainen serves as a SSAB One Coach, further contributing expertise in coaching, problem-solving, and project management within production management. Prior to SSAB, Kalle Ahtiainen worked at Ruukki from 1999 to August 2015 in various positions, including Production Technician and Shift Supervisor, emphasizing experience in development projects and logistics management. Kalle Ahtiainen holds a Master of Engineering degree in Strategic Leading of Technology-based Business from Häme University of Applied Sciences, completed in 2019, and a Bachelor of Engineering degree focused on Research and Development, obtained from the same institution in 2011.
