Sara Nordlinder

Sara Nordlinder currently serves as the Head of Intellectual Property at SSAB, a position held since August 2018. Prior to this, Sara worked at Sandvik Materials Technology for over twelve years in various roles including Patent Manager and Patent Portfolio Manager, leading the patent team and managing the patent portfolio with expertise in patent strategies and project management. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Patent Attorney focused on the harvesting of inventions and patent prosecution. Academic credentials include a PhD in Materials Chemistry from Uppsala University, where Sara conducted research on rechargeable lithium batteries, and an MSc in Inorganic Chemistry from Uppsala University. Additionally, exposure was gained at the University of California, Berkeley, and The University of Western Australia.
