Monique van Hooydonk is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in configuration management and policy support across various government sectors. Currently serving as the Service Asset & Configuration Manager at SSC-ICT since March 2018, Monique is responsible for documenting and monitoring processes, conducting quality control reports, implementing improvements based on feedback, and advising teams on work instructions.
