Louis Totino

Louis Totino is a Senior Counsel at SS&C Technologies since January 2022, providing guidance on negotiation of various business agreements, with a focus on supporting the financial services industry. Prior to this role, Louis worked as a Director & Counsel at UBS, where Louis drafted and negotiated global contracts, and as a Licensing Executive at Microsoft, negotiating IT services proposals primarily with government and education clients. Louis also has experience as an Associate Counsel at Siemens, overseeing a variety of commercial documents, and as a Senior Attorney at the NYPD, handling agreements for IT and counterterrorism initiatives. Louis obtained their JD from Widener University Schools of Law and holds a BS in Business Administration from Marist College.
