Noel Powell

Noel Powell has a vast work experience in various industries. Noel started their career as an Engineering Apprentice at Sony in 1994 and later became a Technician > Engineer. In 2001, they worked as an Equipment Engineer at European Semiconductor Manufacturing and then as a Senior Electrical Engineer at Panasonic UK. Noel joined Showa UK in 2002 as an Engineering Manager and later moved to ANSTEE & WARE LIMITED as an Engineering Sales Manager. In 2008, they joined SSE Contracting as a Business Development Manager. Noel then progressed to SSE Energy Solutions, where they held roles of increasing responsibility, including Business Development Manager, Senior Business Development Manager, and currently as the Head Of Business Development.

Noel Powell attended Lewis Boys Comprehensive School from 1989 to 1994, where they obtained GCSE qualifications in Maths, Science, English, Design & Technology, Design & Communication, and Motor Vehicle Studies. Following this, from 1994 to 1996, they attended Pontypridd Technical College, studying Electrical and Electronics Engineering. In 1994, they also enrolled in a Modern Apprenticeship in Engineering, specializing in Multi-skill with an electrical bias, which they completed in 1998. From 1996 to 1998, they pursued further studies at the University of Glamorgan, focusing on Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering.
