Paul Venables

Paul Venables has over two decades of experience in procurement and management roles. Starting as a Publicity Services Assistant at Motorola in 1997, they progressed to various buyer roles at British Telecommunications PLC, where they managed suppliers, led ITT processes, and negotiated major contracts. Paul then moved to Three. in 2014 as a Senior Procurement Manager/Category Manager, before joining Neos Networks in 2021 as the Lead Procurement Manager. Throughout their career, Paul has demonstrated expertise in strategic procurement, vendor management, contract negotiations, and achieving cost reductions.
