Stephanie Reid is a seasoned professional in the telecommunications industry with extensive experience in management and operations. Currently serving as Senior Manager for the Provisioning & Escalations Team at Neos Networks since February 2022, Stephanie oversees Sales Support, Front Office, and Provisioning teams, reporting directly to the Operations Director. Prior to this role, Stephanie held positions at Lumen Technologies and CenturyLink, including Manager of Strategic Alignment & Continuous Improvement and Chief of Staff to the VP of Product & Marketing. Beginning their career at Level 3 Communications and AT&T, Stephanie has developed a strong foundation in account management and operations, with a progression from entry-level roles to managerial positions. Stephanie's educational background includes training from the Inspirational Development Group and Henley Business School.
