Annant Shah

Annant Shah is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the energy and finance sectors. Currently serving as Director of Offshore Delivery at SSE Transmission, Annant focuses on expanding the electricity transmission network in the North of Scotland. Prior roles at SSE Renewables include Director of Strategy & Route to Market and Director of Commercial & Investment Management, contributing to significant growth in renewable generation assets. Annant has also held key positions at Equinor, including Vice President roles in Corporate Finance and Strategy, and served at Statoil in various leadership capacities. Annant's career began at Rothschild, where involvement in numerous transactions across the oil and gas sector was noted. Annant holds a BA Hons in Economics and Management from the University of Oxford, a Mini-MBA from Duke University, and a Corporate Finance certificate from The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment. Currently, Annant serves as a Board Advisor for 2M Group, focusing on sustainability initiatives.
